Ladakh is a perfect choice for vacation if back-to-nature experience is your top choice. Up in the northwestern region of India is the paradise of Jammu and Kashmir. We start with an evening sightseeing in Leh on the day of your arrival and visit Leh Palace on Tsemo Hill. Located in a deserted area, this was the home of the former royal family in the 17th century. Then to the Shanti Stupa that’s 500-step up, a climb that’s worth the gorgeous view of Leh from above, before we visit Leh Market where you can get souvenirs in the form of unique carvings and artifacts. We’ll hop on a full-day excursion to monasteries of Indus Valley, starting with Hemis Monastery that was built in 1672 where the annual festival Hemis Tsechu is held. Thiksey Gompa on the other hand is a massive monastery with gorgeous architecture and an extensive collection of paintings, statues, stupas, and more. The Shey Palace that’s not far from Leh is a palace built in 1650 with a Chorten stupa whose top is made of pure gold. And connected to the palace is the Shey Monastery that was added later by King Deldan Namgyal. Tour the iconic 3 Idiots Rancho School before we leave for the Sindhu Ghat on the river bank. Visiting the Sindhu Ghat will earn you a view of the surreal landscape as you listen to the calm flow of the river that begins 10 km upstream the Indus River from Mansarovar Lake and Mount Kailash in Tibet. There’ll also be an excursion to the highest drivable road in the world, Khardung La, at 5,602m/18,390ft height, where you can see the horizon of Zanskar Range and the Saser Massif. Then we’ll go on another excursion to Pangong Lake, also known as Pangong Tso, the world’s highest saltwater lake, via Chang La Pass which is also one of the country’s highest drivable roads. Stop in the village of Tangtse for a warm cup of tea with the view sprawled before we continue to Pangong Lake. This blue brackish lake is made famous with the success of 3 Idiots and it remains as a natural wonder to this day. We’ll depart from Leh and have incredible memories of this place!

Important Notes
Hotels may not have free Wi-Fi services available, and if they do, the service may be limited and at low speeds, sometimes available only in the lobby.
Hotels may not have free heater services available. Heaters may be arranged from the hotel at additional charges on direct payment basis, varying from Rs 400 - Rs 1000, as per hotel charges and availability. Also, some hotels may not have 24x7 running hot water, it may be available for certain hours of the day only.
Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Vechicle is available for use only till 8 pm ( as per itinerary). Vehicle being kept till late hours will be subject to night charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
Hajj Season Guidelines: For any traveler coming to the Kingdom (non-Muslim), there is no objection to his arrival at any airport. For any traveler coming to the Kingdom (holding a business, commercial or family visit visa) is not allowed to arrive in "Jeddah, Medina, Taif and Yanbu" after 29th May. Last date for accepting passengers with UMRAH visa is 03rd JUN.

In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room & the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicable on the basis of changes done (to be borne by the customer)
Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities
Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
As Leh is the base town for all connecting towns in Ladakh, there is a possibility that a few sightseeing will be mentioned multiple times in the itinerary, it is up to the customer if he wishes to see the same again, time permitting. However no refund will be provided in case the same has not been covered the second time, as no additional amount is being charged for the same.
It is advisable to get a health check- up done prior to travel to Ladakh, as well as carry appropriate & required medicine as advised. At the time of booking, it will be assumed that the suggested health check up has been done/ will be done by the customer prior to travel.
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
In case of road blocks, the vehicle may need to take an alternate route to get you to your destination. This will be subject to additional charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

Our Scope of Services
We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.
Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified during the quotation stage in the "Points to Note" section. Some services handle different cancellation policies and they must be respected accordingly.
Entrance tickets of any kind are non-refundable from the moment of booking, unless specified otherwise
There will be also a service charge of 5% on total value in case of cancellation of Land and 5% on total value for any amendments.
Hotel room allocation will be subject to availability and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.
Payment Policies
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adhereance to Income Tax ACT.
We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts: 1. Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day 2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.
We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.
Amendment of Booking by Guest
If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to kabia.shrey@gmail.com. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies.
